Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4-6 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional events, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping across Pakistan

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather conditions, customs processing, public holidays, or periods of unusually high shipping volume.

Wearalaya cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Wearalaya cannot guarantee recovery of the parcel or reimbursement of shipping costs. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or redirected packages.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

To assist with the investigation, please provide your order number and Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only guarantee changes or cancellations before an order has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
