At Wearalaya, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping & Payment Information

Wearalaya currently delivers exclusively within Pakistan.

A flat shipping fee of PKR 300 applies to all orders.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Customers who choose to make an advance payment must send a WhatsApp message along with their order number after completing the payment. Orders paid in advance will only be processed after payment verification.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process your request, we may require clear photographs of the product along with your order number.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when an approved exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability or other circumstances determined by Wearalaya.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

As all product details, descriptions, and sizing information are provided on our website, customers are encouraged to review all information carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Wearalaya reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, any advance payment received will be refunded in full.
